Great Diving
Locations |
|
Aruba: |
Diving in Aruba is famous for the spectacular wrecks of types
and sizes that dominate Aruba's underwater realm. The constant
15-knot trade winds, along with the variety of flat-water
locations and challenging wave conditions, have made Aruba one
of the most popular spots on earth for windsurfers. The calm
seas off of Aruba's west coast are also perfect for snorkeling,
sailing, water skiing, and deep sea fishing.
|
|
Bonaire: |
Bonaire is renowned for its great snorkeling and diving right
off the shore. The almost drift less diving is great for macro
photography. You can also enjoy kayaking, windsurfing, deep sea
fishing, and sailing.
|
|
Cayman Islands: |
Great wall diving just minutes from shore. Divers and snorkelers
mingle with stingrays, and there's ample opportunity for modern
wreck diving. Good fishing, too.
|
|
Cozumel: |
Coral cathedrals, ledges, tunnels, caverns and walls offer great
variety of diving. Incredible visibility and great drift diving
make many name Cozumel the best in the Caribbean. NITROX
Available.
|
|
Puerto Rico: |
The waters off Puerto Rico's sandy tropical shores are a diver's
paradise. Water temps hover at 81 F and visibility averages
60-75 feet over 100 feet offshore! While experienced divers
might prefer the great boat diving in the southwest/northeast
and the world-class diving on the beautiful offshore islands of
Culebra, Vieques, Mona, and Desecheo, there is also unique cave
diving from shore near Isabella in the northwest.
|
|
The Caribbean: |
Each of the many countries in the Caribbean has something unique
to offer, both topside and in the underwater realm. But, in
general, diving in the Caribbean is characterized by well
populated reefs of colorful fish.
